The photos in this album were
taken by me (for the most part), during my tour of Korea in 1959-60 while I was stationed
with "A" Troop, 1st Reconnaissance Squadron, 9th Cavalry
(Regiment), 1st Cavalry Division.
All of my images taken in Korea were taken with a Minolta 16mm
"Spy camera" (about the size of a Zippo cigarette lighter),
and as such, the quality is not there.
The images not taken by me are noted with a red question mark (?).
The first batch were taken in and around the "A" Troop
Compound, the old Korean Village of Morae-Dong. The next series
which starts with the red (*) asterisk are outside of the
"A" Troop Compound,
some are inside the DMZ, others are close to it. The last series
starts with the blue asterisk (*) and includes shots of Panmunjom and
various other subjects.
If and when time permits, I plan to caption each of them.
